                5 Baked Goods for Beginners,
I started baking after college, I just suddenly fell inlove with it. It gives me peace and happiness when I bake, and also because I love desserts and pastries.
When I started baking, my first recipe I baked is brownies , but before I achieved the right texture that I want which is the chewy and gooey, I baked it for 15x until I get the right texture 😄 but those brownies I baked didnt go to waste we still ate it because the taste is so good, its just the texture that is not right😅 After that I finally achieved the texture that I wanted and I enjoyed eating it.

Baking is not easy but enjoyable. And If you love what your doing just keep going until one day you realized your so much  better than when you first started and just keep going until you mastered it.

Baking is not easy, It's a science and you have to.balance everything to have the right outcome of the recipe. We only need to follow the recipe exactly, because those recipes available online and in books went through a lot of trial and error before they share it. 
I'm not an expert on this, I'm a home baker who loves and keeps on doing it.

So, I wanted to share with you my first 5 baked goods that I recommend If you wanted to start your baking journey.

Here we go:

1. Choco Chip Cookies
You can just use 1 bowl in this recipe. I made the classic choco chip and matcha, which turned soft and chewy and not too sweet taste. 
2. Sugar Cookies
Another type of cookie, but not the same with choco chip cookies. This one has only white sugar and no choco chips.

3. Brownies
This is my all time favorite,because i love chocolate🙂
 Make sure not to over mix it. 
Even if you didnt get the right texture your still gonna enjoy eating it.


4. Coconut Macaroons
If if your a fan of coconut taste, this one is for you.
The ingredients are not hard to find, you only need shredded coconut, butter, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and flour. I tried making this without flour and it still works. If your on a gluten free diet you can have this just ommit the flour.

5. Banana bread
Healthy and delicious dessert, If your a health conscious and doesn't like too much sugar It's ok to ommit the sugar, coz banana is already sweet, make sure you use super ripe bananas.

You can also put cream cheese frosting on top,to make it more delicious.
